Eligibility criteria
- The institution operates in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- It is a private educational institution, not an individual tuition arrangement.
- Institution details and the contact of the owner or principal are provided.
- The applicant accepts the constitution and code of conduct of the association.

Your number
The membership number and what it means
Every verified institution is issued a number in the format PEN-YYYY-XXXX. The year segment records when membership was granted, and the final segment is unique to the institution.
The number is issued only after the secretariat verifies the record. It is publicly verifiable on this website, so parents and authorities can confirm standing without contacting the office. Institutions are encouraged to display it.

Process
How registration works

Fill the registration form
Location, personal details, institution details and the undertaking. The form is in four short steps and can be completed on a phone.

Submit institution details
Registration status with PSRA, campus address, level of institution, and the contact of the owner or principal.

Secretariat verification
The record is checked against district data. Most applications are cleared within a few working days.

Number issued and group access
Your PEN-YYYY-XXXX number is issued, sent to your email if you provided one, and your institution is added to the district coordination group.

Membership FAQ
Is there a fee to register?
Registration through the form is free. Any contribution set under the rules of the association is communicated by the secretariat after verification.
How long does verification take?
Most records are verified within a few working days. Incomplete institution details are the usual cause of delay.
What if my institution details change?
Write to the secretariat with your membership number and the corrected details. Records are updated centrally.
I lost my membership number, what do I do?
Contact the secretariat from the mobile number used at registration. The number is reissued from the record, not generated again.
Do multiple campuses need separate registrations?
Yes. Each campus operating under its own address should be registered so that it can be verified independently.
Does membership need renewal?
Membership stays with the institution. The secretariat confirms active status during periodic district verification.
How do I update institution data later?
Send the change request to the secretariat email with your membership number and supporting detail.
Who do I contact for help with the form?
Use the contact page, or the district coordination group if your institution is already verified.
