The largest, and only registered, representative body for private educational institutions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Private Education Network Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was formed by leading school associations and senior figures from the private education sector. It brings institutions that were working in isolation into one registered platform with a single point of contact for government.
The network represents schools, colleges, academies and vocational institutes across every district of the province. Membership is institutional, not personal, and is issued in the name of the institution.
A landmark result of this work was the campaign to amend the Private Schools Regulatory Authority Act. Through sustained consultation, PEN KP secured changes to provisions widely considered damaging to the autonomy and growth of private institutions.
To unite, empower and represent private educational institutions by promoting quality education, protecting institutional rights, advocating fair educational policies, and contributing to the educational development of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Pakistan.

Coordination between the secretariat and district chapters across the divisions.
The level a member school deals with day to day, including the district coordination group.
When an institution is verified, it is attached to the chapter for its district. Local matters are raised there first, and escalated to the secretariat when they need provincial attention.
